I’m following the basic Silvestro protocol with a few additions. For example , Qunol Rather than regular Co Q 10, & Gaba Plex. I eat a normal diet making sure to include Whole foods whole foods I eat a normal diet making sure to include whole foods that are a good source for L Cystine your common amino needed to convert levodopa.

Glad you are doing well! I have been overworked for months, either by paid work or from updating my website, etc.., hence my absence from HU and I finally have some time off do something else (other than work!) Have a great holliday season!
