I have the same problem with my wife. She assumes I can't do anything. So she has installed a new shower next to our bedroom. Then left for a week to visit our daughter in New England. I have to drive to the other end of the state later this week, a 4 hour drive if weather doesn't close the interstate. She can't stop me from trying.
