I was swimming with my two bubs today, and did a few minor laps on my own. The overall relief from stiffness in my body was incredible, i was just swimming underwater with a breaststroke, my morning meds had worn off, but i did have an aggressive strength cardio class about 5 hours earlier, but some level of stiffness returned..... has anyone else found this to help?

Sadly, I don't get much benefit from swimming. When I get out of the pool, climbing up the ladder, my body feels like it weighs 500 pounds. Isn't that odd?
thank you for this, my conclusions were right, weather its the warm water pressure on the body or mild weightlessness feeling in the water on the body, it def seems like a benefit for movement issues 😃
