Not that anyone can compare with our Ian Frizell!
I love his videos, I'm subscribed to his YouTube channel but he hasn't posted for a while.
He's doing great ten years in, mainly it seems due to an extensive exercise regime.
... Though as a ballet dancer, he's probably more supple than most! 🕺
