Tremor in Parkisonism (PSP, MSA, ALS, etc.) is absent or very mild. Parkinson's tremor is characteristic of "pill rolling." Of course, not all PD patients are tremor-dominant.

Our MDS explained to us the difference between Parkinson's and Parkisonism.
