Not initially. In later stages both sided resting tremor can occur.

My tremor is in both, altho more severe in hands. Tremor in my arms is more internal and thus less noticeable to others. But it’s definitely there.

Tremor in my right hand and arm was the first indication I had to suggest Parkinson's, so it can come at any time. it is now in my right leg, also, after six years. Eventually it will most likely also affect my left side.
