Please do NOT get ahead of yourself and please do NOT go to FEAR.

I encourage you to go to YouTube and watch a 41 minute video by Jim Bower of the Mayo Clinic (July, 2018). It is EXCELLENT. It is called PSP - MAKING A DIAGNOSIS OF PSP, CBD, OR MSA.

Patience is difficult..............

It seems that differential diagnosis is difficult. Here is a search:

What are your symptoms?

Some psych meds can cause tremors if you are taking any.

I saw my neurologist today and asked him the same question about PD plus syndromes as my main symptom is significant tremors and not responsive to Senemit. I do also have some slowness and rigidity as well, but senemit doesn't give me much relief. He said this is common in tremor dominant PD. Might try an antichollogenic, but not keen as it is linked to increased risk of dementia....sigh.... Try not to worry.

If I remember correctly MSA doesn't present or rarely presents tremors.

jimmydook,

If that is what it turns out to be or something else, Dr. Costantini said that he has had some success treating MSA and other neurodegenerative diseases with HDT/ B-1. Here is a link to the Thiamine/HDT FAQ page. Look at his reply in question and answer # 56 :

Jimmy. I thought that I had MSA once and researched this in depth. I eventually realised that all males who get this initially share one single symptom: sexual dysfunction. I had no issues with this and was able to shake the fear. Don’t expect you to make this public here but it’s a key make symptom which cuts through all of the other vagueries

What dose of Sinemet are you taking? I got no effect from Levodopa until I got to quite a high dose, then suddenly I could walk normally. You should increase the dose very slowly.
