I know that the subject came up before on colonoscopy. It is a big money-making business in US. You can get somebody else's disease from the instruments, which are not cleaned well. Dr. Mercola had an interesting article on that . You can get perforated colon. Maybe reading this can help you make your decision. By any means I am not trying to change anybody's mind.

I just had one in USA and everything went fine. I know that any procedure has side effects like any medicine.
