We all know the importance of sleep - this person slowly drums himself to sleep.

Yes! Percussion is my favorite therapy. Tried this with metronone and I am falling asleep as we speak! Thank you!

I really wish HealthUnlocked allowed people to cross-post to multiple forums. This one would be perfect for the Sleep Matters forum.

Also, an internal poll feature would be nice. And user-generated tags (the auto tags are awful).
