Paranoia or reality?

In almost 27 years being happily married I am now experiencing a unusual feeling of paranoia.

At least I am hoping it is. I am having a strong sense that my wife is having an affair with a friend of mine. Things in the intimacy department for me since this PD curse, has come to a halt so it is quite possible she is.

My gut feeling says it’s happening but I brought the subject to her attention and she dismissed it saying the Pd is making me paranoid.

Is this a big issue for others and what was the outcome?

What meds are you taking?

You should not give up on intimacy just because of PD. Do whatever you need to do to keep it happening - nothing wrong with a Cialis prescription, tantric retreats, whatever works for you and her.

It definitely can be med and disease related.

To be blunt, don’t fall for the story that inability to sustain an erection through to ejaculation means no intimacy. Few women define intimacy in this way. Cuddle, kiss and stroke and your wife will be delighted.

PD causes paranoia absolutely! The drugs do too! DO NOT let your disease destroy your marriage. Believe your wife!!!

I cannot say this strongly enough. I watched my mother in law (with PD paranoia) destroy hers. I've written myself letters because I never want it to happen to me. :o(

My husband is paranoid too. I believe it is too much medication that causes it. It is the one thing that I just cannot tolerate to be accussed of things i am not doing. Unless you have direct proof of it do NOT believe what you are thinking. This can destroy a marriage.
