As long as you continue taking daily high dose thiamine hcl you need have much less worry.

I think it depends on your overall health when the time comes. It is definitely something you should discuss with your doctor(s). It will also depend on your partner. It is a big decision without PD, but it is a much bigger decision with PD.

My sister was diagnosed w/Parkinson at age 30 if I remember correctly. She had a daughter while on medication who is 29 years old now and is doing well.
