I'm new to this forum. I've had PD for 14 years. In addition to "standard" PD meds (levodopa, MAO-B inhibitor) I have recently started using mannitol, and B1. Does anyone use these, and can you share any positive results?

Positive results listed on my profile. No micrographia, arm now swings, gait and no falls
