I have arthurites and severe neuropathy pain in my entire body , Oxycodone does very little good and Fentanyl helps a little but I put up a mental block helps the most . Just learn to live with it .

I have pain everyday. Exercise , stretching and I also use a 4:1 combo CBD/THC tincture to help with the pain. I choose not to start narcotic pain meds if possible . Take care.

I love Kratom. It’s a plant based product from Thailand. Fantastic for pain relief and a mood enhancer. I learned about this natural remedy from a Netflix documentary, “a leaf of faith”.

You can find it in your local smoke shop in San Francisco. Amazon does not sell it, but does have books on the history of this product which has been used for hundreds of years in other countries.

It calms my tense muscles and eliminates pain and discomforts. Has no side effects or addictive qualities.

Apparently it has relatively low toxicity. This guy took over 500 grams at one time and lived, barely! There are quite a few posts about kratom on HU. It can be ordered on line and is available in powder, capsules and a stonger extract form. I have never seen it from major supplement suppliers. Also available in some vape and smoke shops. Often used to help with opiod withdrawal, pain and some people find it useful for sleep.

Thanks Art for the input, here’s an additional excerpt. “The tropical Kratom tree (Mitragyna speciosa) is found across Thailand and Malaysia and is a member of the coffee family of trees.

The leaves of the tree are a mild stimulant, and were traditionally chewed by farmers and labourers needing a boost or some light pain relief.”

I realize it’s not perfect, and not for everyone, but what is?

I use us Kratom a couple of times a week with Mucuna, B1 and Vinpocitine. All is well so far. Zero brain fog, which I’m most happy about. Still running my company and enjoying it.

Kratom is illegal in the county of San Diego. They prefer that we use prescribed opioids? Thought of driving to Orange County to buy some to try. Unfortunately I'm not well enough to drive that far. CBD did not help at all. I take 300mg Tylenol with 30mg Codiene two sometimes three times a day. Sometimes it works really well and other times not much at all. I am mostly housebound because of the severe pain. Greatest relief is found when I lie down or sit. I used to be so active and now I am sedentary.
