Said it before....nothing beats L-glutamine, an amino acid used for gut healing. It also makes you regular. Pill and powder form. Powder good if you have trouble swallowing...it has no flavor.

For those who would rather avoid chemicals, try Kashi Organic Autumn Wheat cereal or other variety of Kashi. You'll find it in the grocery store's organic section. Seems to work for me for now.

Still think the glutamine is better....it moves the bowels AND heals.

I use Miralax or the generic powder - 1 capful in 6-8 oz of water every other day (or less

frequently), when neeed

Doesn’t have the gut healing properties of glutamine.
