Kia, being as your avatar is the cyclist, I assume you are a cyclist? How much cycling do you do and I imagine you feel it helps a great deal?

Hi

I love cycling but am not a cyclist. I do that 3-4 times a week (indoor stationary group cycling). It has helped me alot.
