Can somebody explain briefly

1. Why Amazon seem to only sell Hemp Oil?

2. What is the difference between CBD oil and Hemp AND which is best for relief of our symptoms?

Not sure mate but cbd is slowly being legislated so at the moment a cbd oil retailer can't make therapeutic claims, even via user reviews.

Cbd is all the good bits of hemp oil undiluted, concentrated. The general consensus, and in my experience, it doesn't have a primary therapeutic effect on PD, it does however help by alleviating anxiety and helping sleep.

BUT, there's over 500 unknown compounds in cbd oil so some brands are better for an individual/condition than others...…………..and it's damned expensive.

Yeah that’s why I’m sorely tempted to grow my own. I thought this was available on the NHS?

That's my understanding too. I guess it will be GP/Neurologist and PCT dependent. My local PCT will pay for ropinirole but not pramipexole for example.

There's a company called CBD bros that offer free 10ml trial samples. There's a lot of bad press on the webbery about these guys and I'm not sure why, failed deliveries, no response to refund requests - not good ! But I thought, what the hell if it's free,. So I emailed them, told em re PD and I'd like to try some of their excellent oil please. No reply, no acknowledgement nothing. Then about a week ago, sign for parcel and bingo! As requested a 10 ml sample,( few drops per dose goes a fair way). Just took em about a month to send it.
