The general area of Focused Ultrasound for Parkinson's disease seems to be very active, with a number of clinical trials and commercial treatments (including SoniModul) listed on the Focused Ultrasound Foundation website.
I emailed them for a consult appointment as I was coincidentally in Switzerland last month... they were fully booked with people from all over the world... they replied to me with a very informative email. This will be one of my surgical options when I get to that point of requiring dbs or /focused ultrasound.
