Osteoporosis and Parkinson’s is what I have and I am so stiff that I have to shuffle in the morning and just before bed ! Sucks any thing I can do to help this problem?

I take Emergen C for stiffness. It took about 3 weeks to kick in, but it definitely helps me. My doctor said it was ok to take but you may want to check with your doctor first. It has Vit C, B vitamins, magnesium & electrolytes.
