If it doesn’t display a percentage of L-Dopa it means the product is not standardized. Pass on this one.

I don’t use mucuna but I have heard good things about zandopa.

It depends on a lot of things. Are you now on meds? Would you like to replace your conventional meds with MP? A lot of questions before I can suggest type and dosage of MP.

Raw Mucuna will contain approximately 3-4% L-Dopa. 20:1 extract (20kg raw herb turned into a powder, warm water extraction of the non-fibrous material and then turned into a powdered extract) will often average 20-25% L-dopa content. Suppliers can offer a 98% standardized L-Dopa extract, it tends to be better to take herbal extracts that provide a full spectrum of compounds. I suggest to go for it
