Return to base

Initial success at 4g daily. Moved to 6g daily trying to reduce tremor. Did not affect tremor. Failure was in fine motor control and constipation return. Moved to 2g daily finding improved motor control but still constipated. I think I will return to 4 g daily.

Thank you RoyProp for sharing so precisely your experience.

On my part, I'm still at 2x100 mg injections per week. Nothing really spectacular to mention.

RoyProp, I had an increase in all symptoms (tremors, rigidity, lack of mental focus) when I increased dosage to 4g/day. I am now showing improvement on the initial base dosage of 2g/day. I have been on T-HCL since Feb.14th. I also supplement with MagTein, B-Complex (Life Extension) and daily multiple vitamin.

also, digestive enzymes (Now) and probiotic blend.

To maintain regularity: 2 Aerobic Life Mag-07 (before bedtime).

Your posts are always informative. Thank you.

Thanks, RoyProp, I am still at 4 g/day but have questioned whether I should experiment with the dosage. You have reinforced the saying, "If its not broken, don't try to fix it."

I came back to 2g/day and it seems to be the best dosage for me.

Please note that there are much differences between 4grs and 3grs Thiamine daily. In my case I had my symptoms worsened with 4grs but subsided with 3grs.
