I have been doing this for more years than I care to remember. I have been off all Pd medication since 2002 and say that nobody would ever know that I still have Pd, other than a neurologist.

However, I still bite my tongue, my lower lip and the insides of my mouth. Why, I do not know. I have to concentrate very hard on eating slowly and keeping everything out of the way. CONCENTRATION is the key word.

Happened earlier today for me and thats about 6 or 7 times in the past few months, not fun at all. Certainly gives you a perspective of how food must feel while being eaten ! lol
