Zandopa vs. Mucuna

I've read a lot about using mucuna for PD treatment. I'm a little bit confused however between what the difference is between mucuna and a mucuna based product called Zandopa. It seems the Zandopa has a sweetener added, but I'm not sure if there are any additives beyond that? I've also read that mucuna powder which contains more than just the Ledopova seeds is preferable due to some enhancing qualities of other parts of the plant. I'm wondering is one is preferable over the other? I was just thinking that is they are both essentially the same, the commercial product Zandopa might be preferable just for product consistency to help with dosing.

Very intriguing. Is the sweetener mannitol?
