Pay Attention To How You Feel !

Nothing is more important than how you feel ! I made my first appointment in 2007 ; however , It wasn't 'till May 2009 I was diagnosed at Cleveland Clinic . Although in 2008 , my home town neurologist agreed with my family doctor ( suspicion of Parkinsons ) in 2007, and he prescribed a low dose 10 mg of flexeril . It was as early as 2001 , I had noted there were subtle changes with my body... I have a journey that has taken me to a breaking point . I do not take any Parkinson's medication . So the breaking point ? My body is getting my attention by the symptoms I notice . So much to share . A must read " A Course In Miracles " by Louise Hayes was wisdom I sat up and took note of . A good jumping off point. Along with the calendar Howard Shifke shared on the internet. So be it , 9 or 11 yrs since my body was crying NO MORE , I had to listen or die . Listening to your inner guidance is key . Your mind is trying to reach a peaceful state of being . My journey I own & I would like to occasionally share . O.K. In 2007 I was awakened by a leg cramp from hell , which I prayed for death to end the pain . My only way out , I thought . I was terrified of going to bed. Then I wondered if I wore boots to bed if that would keep my feet from pointing my toes down which in return would not trigger the stretch . Dystonia reared its ugly head once more---I went shopping , and 10 yrs of boots to bed , I haven't been awakened with a cramp . I never miss a night...IT IS IMPORTANT THE BOOTS ARE RIGID ENOUGH TO KEEP YOUR FEET FROM POINTING !!!
