Medication affects! Dry mouth cause

Why do so many pharmaceutical drugs in particularly anti depressants have the side effects of dry mouth and nausea?

Could it be nature's way of stopping us swallowing or to regurgitate a poison? The drug is trying to suppress the response?

Thoughts on this please and how it relates to PD

I'm sorry if you are offended I was using it to demonstrate the unconscious function of the psoas muscle to protect the body from harm it wasn't mentioned to offend
