if you can't make it yourself from seeds, go for Zandopa

I take DopaBean by Solaray from iherb.com It provides the same ldopa as a small sinimet or madopar - 50mg

the extracts should be avoided. Take raw powder instead. The reason is that constituents other than Ldopa have neuroprotective effects
