How do you all afford it? With my Medicare ex plan I would still pay almost $200 a month for it!

Really sorry to hear about the costs you incur for Azilect. It seems totally wrong.

In Australia it costs usually between Aus $A5.80 and Aus $6.40 for a 30 tablet pack - depending on the pharmacy you go visit This is because it is available on our Pharmaceutical Benefit Scheme (PBS). Makes a huge difference to us.

Madapar and Sifrol etc and many others are also on this scheme.

It is frustrating ( and I can imagine for Doctors also ) to have to deal with this disease. This drug we won't pay for but 6 months ago they did. They can not prescribe Cannabis for their patients but instead experiment with all sorts of meds trying to get you feeling better than the side effects cost you. The one good thing is I had to take control of my own health.
