I just want to say thank you to all the people who responded to my question about exercise. I was feeling so down when I wrote that post. It felt as if I was coming up against a wall of hopelessness. And now I have been given so many good ideas. I have plenty to work on. There is nothing hopeless about it after all. Thank you all so much.
