Tapping solution

Has anyone used "the tapping solution" with success? I saw a brief version of it on the Meghan Kelly show and read a bit about it on Amazon books. Looks interesting and easy to do - but successful?

Gary Craig started the tapping movement almost 20 years ago and has instructions on his website. It has worked for me. Also, Nick Ortner of The Tapping Solution has helped thousands of people. It has helped me a lot and kept my Parkinsons symptoms at bay.

Yes, reduced stress seems to equate with reduced tremor in MyBeloved. I'm speaking as someone who taps daily. For personal support the advice is either attend Level 1 workshop (self-help) or go to a professional. These are available worldwide and do sessions on skype/facetime/zoom.... :) to save travel and energy. Website: aamet.org is the UK based voluntary professional charity (think how stringent the criteria are to acquire such status) and I'm registered with as practitioner. As carer I can't be available to train students for the time being. However you can ask all the questions you like via eftexpertni@gmail.com regarding ways to tap, what to tap about, when to tap, how and where.... so much is possible in terms of simple, effective, free(!) self-help from stress. For PD peeps a boost is so often needed right here, right now. Tapping is the solution!

Hi! Yes I have recently started tapping and it works! I use the Orton tapping method and I do it at least 2x a day verbally stressing what's wrong and I have also begun meditating with Deepok Chopra. He's great and it's really working too. There was a free 21 day course with him and Oprah and I did all the days. Since then I have bought his 7 day anxiety program in the app store and have it on my iphone. It was not expensive. I also downloaded from the app store Ananda"Conscious Health". I listen every day. There are three free ones and then you can pay for more if you want. "Perfect Health" is amazing. I commit to living perfect health.

Change your thoughts and change your life. I was always very cynical but now I see meditation can really help your life. Also check out Wayne Dyer's books too. Go to the Choprameditationcenter.com and see what you think. Tapping twice and day and meditating at least 2x a day has been a godsend for me! Namaste
