The article kind of goes along with why the Keto diet helps people feel better, sounds like lowering your carbs, not the good ones, should be an important part of a PwP's diet.

I think she’s a very smart person and has given me some new insights . I’ve since read and will continue to read more of her articles. She shows how oxidation is caused by sugar mostly and that too much suppresses our own anti-oxidants internally . I’ve always known sugary things were bad for us all but I’ve now woken up to this imporrant connection. Thanks for the link.

I agree on the sugar, which she emphasizes.

That said, she is wrong on some points - she cites a study which says "No double-blinded, placebo controlled clinical trial of curcumin has been successful. " yet this review: (pdf) 69.164.208.4/files/Anti-inf...

cites numerous randomized controlled trials which yielded statistically significant results for the utility of curcumin as an anti-inflammatory.
