Organic diet

Be very careful of what you eat: low carb or even ketogenic diet is helpful
Organic is best but so expensive. Just try to eat lots of green veggies (5 serves a day) and reduce sugar. I was on a very restrictive diet (no sugar, egg, dairy, gluten or fun!) but it was too hard to maintain and I was constantly hungry.
Now I just up the greens, down the sugar and eat dark chocolate for my daily treat.
I’m all in on the dark chocolate!
I thoughti would try going all organic for thirty days then see how it goes. Well after just a few days i felt so much better i never want to go back. Try it and see how you do. At first its expensive but once you stock up youll be saving money by not buying junk food and crap anymore. Avoid organic junk food like organic pop tarts n stuff. Remember, just because its organic doesnt mean its always a good choice. Good luck!
I am beginning to think it does not matter, and this from a person who has eaten organic for 20-25 yrs.,non meat/chicken eater, and a quality vitamin taker, who eats fruits & veggies, Mediterranean diet, etc.
I got PD.
