im using coconut oil for almost 2weeks i put 1ts in a cup of tea twice a day is it better to eat it out of the jar than disolving it in a cup of tea ?

I don't think it matters either way. Frankly its a lot more palatable in tea or coffee.

I tried it and didn't notice a difference as far as improvement...

but I didn't like it all...felt naucious. And I didn't take it for long.
