My wife started fixing me a drink every morning with 1/2 squeezed lemon, 1 tsp of Ceylon Cinnamon, 1tbls Coconut Oil and fill the cup with hot water or microwave for a tasty warm drink. The lemon juice seems to mask the taste of the Coconut.
