I have shoulder problem's too. Heat works for me. A long shower

Hi. I got some aspirin cream to rub on my should too. It works good.

I had such severe shoulder pain I had to go to the E.R. The doc prescribed Tramadol -- much more effective than opioids and none of the side effects. Also, sitting in an easy chair with an icepack behind my shoulder works well.
