yea its my wife. It feels like she dips them in bowl of ice water before she comes to bed ,then right on my back.

Yes husband cold all over when sinemet is low.

All the time. I have pins and needles sensations in both my hands and feet, all the time/ never goes away.

Yes, my right hand and foot (my affected side) feel cold at the least drop in temperature. My right hand is the only place I really tremor much yet, and nothing sets it off so vigorously as a little chill. I was dx almost four years ago and still on no drugs.
