I'm new so just an introduction. My best friend's mum has Parkinson's and we help her a lot as we are all very close.
There are many temporary relieves and solutions and I've heard and read great things about the power of high dosage of VitaminB12 in relation to Parkinson's and Autism.
Has anyone tried this?
Thnx

My integrative GP injects me with b12 once a month. I think it probably helps if you have low b12 but probably not otherwise! I take so many supplements I have no idea which if any are helping!
I think a GP would be happy to give her a blood test to check for levels of b vitamins, magnesium, iron etc. Otherwise you're just stabbing in the dark.
