You probably know this: Generally, drug interactions can be determined.

Bailey, have you thought about DBS in the future? For those with tremor dominant PD it seems to work miracles, reducing medication need dramatically.
I went to a seminar and heard 3 PD people extolling the virtues. I am not there yet but for someone as disciplined and intelligent as you are you may be a good candidate.
Of course antibiotics deal with more urgent and life-and-death issues. Hopefully your doctors can find an appropriate antibiotic for you.
I am taking 1/2 tablet Sinamet 25/100 a day, sometimes 1 Selegeline. I tried Neupro patch 2mg, using 1/2 a patch which definitely reduced my tremor but I started itching, especially in my head, furiously so I am trying going without.
Best,
I haven't though of this although with hindsight, we possibly have experienced it (partner with PD). I put (dramatically) worsening symptoms after antibiotics down to the effect of the antibiotics on the gut biome, and the effect of the gut biome on the enteric nervous system. To me, it seems that a/biotics are best restricted to life threatening conditions. You could try taking caprylic acid (coconut oil) whilst using antibiotics to prevent fungus taking hold in the gut (it seems to work for me, and I don;t have PD), together with pre and pro biopics after the anti biopics course has finished. Good Luckr
Bailey, did you ever sort out if the antibiotics were blocking your CD/LD and/or ropinerole? If so, how did you resolve it?
