Sometimes I think I am going crazy when I go to bed and the bed seems to "vibrate". I am learning, that others experience it and it is called internal tremors, but I am not seeing any interventions for it? Anything you can share.

Internal tremors
Hi and welcome,
It's useful to know your meds and how long you've been diagnosed. My thought is that you might take a higher dose at bedtime.
I often use valerian extract from Nature's Answer. It seems to help calm those "internal tremors" very well.
I take 1 1/2 Sinemet 4 X day while awake and I add a 1 mg tab of Melatonin to the Valerian at bed time and sleep for 8 hrs like a healthy baby and no more internal tremors
I take Rytary 4xper day.
4-3-2-2. I also take Azilect 1x/day. Tried Comtan, but it killed my stomach so stopped.
I have had some problems with internal tremors and insomnia. Sciatica. I take one 25mg off Melatonin. Haven’t tried Valerian, but certainly will. Thanks Roberto.
Insomnia is s new experience for me. Terrible!
I’ll let you know what happens.
I have 1/2 small glass of beer. It helps pretty fast. I am not a beer drinker.
If you're old enough you remember the vibrating beds in hotels. At least you don't need quarters!
I used CBD oil to mellow me out.
This happens to me also and I think it's when I'm over tired.
It's important to separate PD caused symptoms from other causes .Eg.my wife has had internal tremors for years. Her MD's not concerned-they come and go. She doesn't have PD. some days my PD symptoms flare up because I 'm more depressed or upset or have a bad cold-,or a painful tooth ache.etc. My other issues
seem to "eat up" what dopamine I have -whether its my own or a drug or a plant form of dopa.
