I have this as well but haven't found a solution. I take a fan out to the theatre or cinema and have water with me at all times. Sometimes I use a water spray bottle which I also keep with me. Frustrating as I didn't have hot flushes in menopause!

No it can be used for hot flashes also which I have when the sinemet starts to wear off.

It's used for a number of conditions. The vet even prescribed it for my cat as a pain med a couple weeks ago after she jumped out the window and fractured a digit on her right front paw!

I have had this for quite a few years and when I started taking my temperature daily found that I had a high body temperature as well. I started Vit D because of a blood test result and unexpectedly the hot flushes stopped

I also have this problem. Only With me I get very hot and sweaty, but when you touch my legs or arms and actually very cold. Sometimes even my stomach or chest will be cold but I feel as if I should be sweltering in the desert
