Sounds like everyone on this list should be taking some every single day. it's poorly absorbed, can anybody suggest what to take it with to make it more absorbable?

I have been reading journey with Parkinson's since being diagnosed. I think it's very good.

I find it amusing how the double-blind studies always end up with poor results. The problem as I see it is that you take an isolated parkinson's patient to a clinic and tell him/her that he is contributing to medical research for a potential cure. A pretty nurse/researcher/doctor then administers a dose of something. And this extra social interaction, exercise (in having to get to the clinic) and imbued feeling of importance continues for several months. No wonder they feel better!

Still worth taking NAC given those brain scans. Wow! Or maybe that is just the pretty nurse...
