Sunday, May 7, is Moving Day, an annual event sponsored by the National Parkinson's Foundation to raise awareness (and funds) to fight this insidious condition. I went last year and I was encouraged by the positive sight of so many of my fellow parkies cheerfully engaged in a wide range of physical activites. Check it out! Registration begins at 9:00 at Justin Herman Plaza on the Embarcadero in San Francisco.
