Neurologists in or near London, UK sympathetic to alternative treatments... i.e. maccuna/aat?

Anyone got any suggestions about this. We just emailed our neurologist to ask advice about aat, and got sent a link back (one we'd read already :) about the dangers of trying to treat oneself... therefore thinking of trying to change. I've read posts about Dr Andrew Lees, but have found he now only does private consultations for £400. Any one??
