Had the first pain free night for as long as I can remember .Why? A friend gave me a CBD tablet to try. Sleep was no better than usual but I had NO pain whatsoever all night and woke feeling the calmest I had for a long time.No anxiety at all. WOW .where do I go from here?

Happy to hear about the no pain night. I did'nt have pain but did not sleep all night. Now I do. Perhaps it is the dosage you take.
She has given me low dose I think 10 mg so will try 2 tonight.Pain is a bigger issue than the sleep so to be pain free all night was amazing.
Keep taking the tablets lol
I didn't know you could get tablets.

My husband has been taking CBD Oil Charlotte's Web Everyday Advance 5000 by Stanley Brothers for the last year. He takes two times a day. He has REM Sleep Disorder and his nights and sleeping, well l could write a book. We went to Colorado recently and also learned about CBN capsules. They are made by Mary Medicinal. He takes two capsules two hours before he goes to bed and sleeps the entire night. Before we had fight or flight dreams, screaming, thrashing, jerking movements non stop, swearing, yelling and this happened most of the night as he entered REM Sleep.
His neurologist subscribed prescription drugs that left him with kidney problems, brain fog each morning and still interruption of sleep.
Cannabis has saved him. No more violent dreams, he sleeps all night. He wakes up happy and no side effects. REM Sleep Disorder we are told is a pre-curser to PD. He was very anxious and suffering from depression. All this is changed since he started the above. I guess being able to sleep without worrying about getting stiches and not waking up at night and unable to go back to sleep takes it's toll.
If anybody lives in a state with medical marijuana or recreational give the CBN pills a try. You can visit the website of Mary Medicinal and learn. If I can be instrumental in helping change someone who suffers from sleeping I will keep talking about how much better our life is. Laura
If you live in Canada try the legal prescription approach. All the dispensaries have the capsules. Get a referral from your neurologist. They have no THC. Another very good option is tincture. It does have some THC but is also very good for anxiety, sleep and pain. The stiffness in my neck which is chronic subsides and allows me to sleep. I can't smoke pot, don't care for it at all - and I probably couldn't go to my job having taking tincture but it sure does help with sleep and okay for me in the evening.
