Can anyone offer a link to a chart or something that tells me other names by which pd drugs are known? I am finding it difficult to follow or participate in discussions due to my confusion. For example....Is Carbo/Levo the same as Sinamax? Is Requip the same as Ropinerole?

Confused over multiple names for drugs!
I just Google them as i see them. I don't try to remember it is very confusing.
APDA Educational Supplement 13, and PDF PD Q&A (7th edition) both address your questions.
There is no Sinemax. "Sinemet" is a brand name for a Carbidopa-Levodopa combination pill. "Stalevo" is a brand name for a Carbidopa-Levodopa-Entacapone combination pill. These pills belong to a class/type of drug known as "Levodopa type" medications.
"Requip" is the brand name and Ropinirole is the generic name of a drug belonging the class/type known as "Dopamine Agonists. "
Here's a 2-page chart (dated 2015) from the Parkinson's Disease Foundation, which should cover most of the PD drug landscape: pdf.org/pdf/fs_understandin...
Or, from the same source, but more extensively--if you are a glutton for punishment: pdf.org/parkinson_prescript...
