Here is the article I mentioned in a recent post. As a home economics graduate of Penn State University, I feel it is worth reading. The Penn State cheer WE ARE might also be one PwPs could use to strengthen ourselves too. I'll post the url now and hope it goes through:

It looks like the article did not print exactly as it was in the magazine. If you look around carefully on the url's post it will have the 15 Brain-Boosting Foods pictured. You have to go through each picture and read why it's good for the brain to find out why it's good. The information all relates to the plaques and tangles in the brain that we have been hearing about lately that has something to do with PD as well as Alzheimer's.
