Bananas to help you sleep. Worked for me.

Tried this last night and slept better .

Even felt the effects 2 hours after getting up.

Use a little over a cup of water. you have to drink all the water. Add the cinnamon after finished cooking. If added while boiling it will bubble over.

I eat a banana every morning. It helps prevent leg cramps:)

Bailey, I will try making banana tea. If it helps me sleep for real I'll encourage my insomniac spouse to try it.

it works for me. Be careful it kept me drowsy till 9.00 in the morning and i took it at 9.00 pm.

I made some this evening, two cups, 1 for spouse. We tasted, I liked it she wouldn't drink more than a sip. I drank both cups. That was around 7 PM. Shortly thereafter i felt a bit mellow. Thanks for the post. This may be the start of a good habit.
