Use a little over a cup of water. you have to drink all the water. Add the cinnamon after finished cooking. If added while boiling it will bubble over.

I eat a banana every morning. It helps prevent leg cramps
Bailey, I will try making banana tea. If it helps me sleep for real I'll encourage my insomniac spouse to try it.
it works for me. Be careful it kept me drowsy till 9.00 in the morning and i took it at 9.00 pm.
