I tend to go mostly organic gluten-free lots of fruits and vegetables and a lot of water I also use a product from balance of nature seems to be doing well
Mostly organic, and it least 3 tablespoons of hemp oil a day.
Lots of veggies, nothing processed, limited grain, no gluten, no sugar (stevie instead), 1 cup of coffee a day. This is ideal for me. Reaĺity... I cheat a lot.
I am trying the Ketogenic Diet. Mostly fat, adequate protein, and low carbohydrates. Very little fruit and mostly green vegetables. I have lost weight, improved my A1C level and felr better over the last 2 months.
I'm a bad girl when it comes to diets. I do love my fruits and vegs but I also love, love, love, hot dogs, hamburgers and ice cream and plain old junk and I'm not changing. I choose to live with any consequences. Just BTW I'm not overweight.
I have learned and experienced. Fat, meat (reasonable qty) are good and carbs and sugar are the culprits.
I'm not a meat eater so I eat either chicken or fish
I wasn't eating enough green vegetables, so I started putting them in my smoothies! Vanilla yogurt, a cup of berries, maybe a half a banana or peach, some flax oil and a handful of spinach.
In the course of a day I have porridge for brekfast salad at lunch time and steamed salmon with mixed vegetables and an apple hope this helps
