Here in Canada your doctor fills out a form and you take it to the place you buy your car plates and they issue it right away. You may have to get the form first from the same place.
Unfortunately here in southern Spain it must be a little different, we had to see a panel of 1 social worker, 1 doctor, 1 psychiatries, although he collapsed when being examined, he had to stand still to long, they decided he was capable of standing on public transport and was not in a wheel chair, a. we have no public transport and we are trying to keep him out of a wheelchair, they did give us a credit size blue card with 65% disability on it, and that gives us an allowance of €3000 off of out tax bill, still keeps him a prisoner in is home.
That is ridiculous. It should not be that hard for some one who needs it. We have some things here too that seem to work on a buddy system. You have to know somebody to get certain things done. It is not right. We live in a broken world. Hugs for both of you.
Likewise in Ukraine but not with Parkies. The best way to elicit USEFUL information is to cross someone's palm with silver! Works like a charm here...USD I mean not silver coins! LOL. It doesn't necessarily have to be a large donation. but meaningful. Do a bit of homework and find out what the monthly incomes are for the kind of people......nurses are a good starting point also doctors. I bet you didn't know that a medical specialists salary here is not much more than 200USD a month with the big white chief getting 300USD a month. You do not believe?????? Believe. So how do you think they live? The system is alive and well
This is Spain not any other country
