Thinking of others.

This morning I woke up thinking that today I will be here for others.

I will give my attention to others, my love and encouragement.

Sometimes when I feel very ill, I tend to think of myself only.

This is natural.

However, good self care includes encouraging others.

I feel better when I think of others and their happiness.

Today I will think of others and give them the best I have to give.

Eva, I love love love the photo you posted....big big smile. I find your posting always loving and giving. Today I am feeling more happy than usual. Yesterday my son had his first Botox shots for his cervical dystonia and though the full final results on his neck won't be in until Thursday. He said his neck felt more relaxed. In addition, he told the Neuro he wanted to experiment and add Mucuna P to his dosage. The Neuro said he had no problems with that and if it didn't work out when he comes back for his October apt he wanted to adjust his meds. Life is good and our God is benevolent. Have a good day!!!
