How long have you been diagnosed? What treatments are you on? Were you a smoker or are you a smoker? as this can lead to vascular disease often affecting walking
My husband is doing much better walking since the Neurologist put him a Rytary ER. It took a good month before it kicked in.
I have trouble walking, but have found a miraculous cure that I totally don't understand. My left heel drags when I walk. However, when I walk with a hiking stick in my right hand and extend it forward at the same time as I step forward with my left leg the dragging goes entirely away. I can hike 4 miles in the wild and with no heel dragging using the walking stick, get in my car and drive to the store. Forget the stick and I'm dragging my left heel before I reach the store door.
I think has something to do with brain wiring/compensation. I am putting no weight or force on the hiking stick when I use it. Go figure..... hey but I'm not going to argue with mother nature.
