I enjoy it most as coconut butter, just pureed whole coconut. As a spread, and big dollops of it in my smoothies. No idea of the benefits or not but it tastes great!
I just get the coconut butter in a jar , current brand is Artisana organic. Raw coconut butter, whole coconut puree. In NZ I had to hunt to find it but in US you can get it in Wholefoods or sometimes trader Joes
Since I started researching PD, I now take so many supplements, drink so many fresh smoothies, (with coconut oil), rub camphor oil into my poor stiff hand every night (very effective, thanks to whoever told me that one), make fresh vegetable soup most nights and exercise daily. So I'm sitting this one out! I CANNOT find the time to chomp through a coconut!
Hahahah.... I can really relate to all the pill bottles sitting on my counter top. I buy all this stuff that sounds good, then end up so confused I can't seem to focus on what should be my daily routine. lol
